TV controls locked to display window

Probably a stupid question here. I was watching TV today using my TV Wonder
Pro, MMC8.8, and moved the main display window a bit to click on a desktop
icon. Somehow, the TV controls got locked to the left side of my TV window.
I can't figure out how to move the controls back to below the TV window.
When I click and drag on either the controls or the display window, both
move. I remember I used to be able to move the controls without the TV
window moving.

Sorry. Never mind. I don't know how, but I managed to click in just the
right place on the controls to be able to drag them below the TV display
window. Dum dum.
