Hello,
I am in the real estate business and I'm using Outlook 2003. I want to
create Contact forms for real estate clients. I've searched with very
little luck for tutorials that will walk me through the design process.
If anyone can direct me to a tutorial (or something similar) that will
give step-by-step instructions for Contact design, I would greatly
appreciate it. Feel free to contact me by email if desired.
Thank you in advance.

Your best bet is to see some web pages devoted to designing forms (all
forms) such as
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/contacts.htm#samples and acquiring this
excellent book:
