On install attempt was given message to install missing 'kuser.dll'
Contacted Turtle Beach tech support and they state that

"The kuser.dll is a Windows system file that should be located here:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\KSUSER.DLL

This is a library which transports latency sensitive, time-stamped data
between user perhiperals and system perhiperals

If this file is not located here, you may need to repair your version of
Windows. You may wish to contact your computer manufacturer or Microsoft's
technical support team for assistance."
====================
I am unable to find said file, so how would I go about getting this system
file on my computer? Am I looking at reinstalling Windows Xp?
Thank you,
first time newsgroup guy.
