I'll like to make a kind of sales offer containing several different
productcs - but the offer to the different customers should only contain a
subset. Is it possible in word to do that with a kind of 'checkmarks' (i.e.
like in excel hiding cloums/rows) ?

Hi Lars,

No, Word doesn't provide a facility of this nature, short of selecting text
and applying "Hidden" font formatting.

Closest you can get, without a lot of fancy footwork or macro programming,
would be to create the boiler-plate as AutoText entries, and insert the ones
you need. This can be done relatively easily using the Insert/AutoText menus
(assuming you have a reasonably recent version of Word and use styles
judiciously to create the AutoText entries in order to categorize them).

To get the kind of thing you're thinking of would require VBA programming (a
macro).
