I have 4 fields. A date queued, time queued, date worked and time worked. I
would like to calculate a turnaround time in hours and minutes if possible by
taking whe the account was worked vs. when it was queued. The time could be
more than 24 hours so the formatting needs to be so a value of say 46:52 can
be displayed. the formula I use in Excel is (Date Worked + Time
Worked)-(Date Queued + Time Queued) This doens't work in Access. thanks for
any help!

Use DateDiff() to calculate the number of minutes between the 2 date/time
values:
DateDiff("n", [Date Queued] + [Time Queued], [Date Worked] + [Time Worked])

The math is best if you leave it in minutes, but if you want to display in
hours and minutes, there's more info in:
