Turn pop up warning back on...

How do you turn the warning message back on when you double click an
attachment within Microsoft Outlook? I turned it off and can't figure out how
to have it back on.
 
is it the dialog to open the attachment in preview pane (outlook 2007) or to
open it in its own program?
