Turn on/off Network adapter in C++ XP

Hi,

I'm looking for knowledges about C++ code to activate/desactivate network adapters for XP. I try several ways like DeviceIoControl(handle_to_driver,IOCTL_NDIS_UNBIN D_ADAPTER,... but this IOCTL is reserved for CE only or WMI calls. But nothing seems good :(.

Any ideas ?????? Thanks very much for your help !!!!!!!!!!
