Turn ON mouse scroll wheel in Forms 2007

I'm testing Office 2007. I want to turn on the mouse scroll wheel in forms so
it will scroll the records, NOT the page.
 
I do not know how to in MS 2007 but what you want has been a big complaint in
previous versions by deveolpers. Developers did not want to scroll records
but the form in the past. The default was scrolling records. It goes to
show you can't please everyone.
 
Sill searching for the answer to my original question BEFORE my trial period
runs out.

I opened up the form in layout view and moved everything to fit on one page
and it scrolls like a charm!

I use Access 2000 and my users hated the scrolling of records. I used allen
Brownes solution. It is nice that everyone can be happy.
