Turn On Full Menus

Where is the option in Frontpage 2002 to turn on expanded menus so they are
not compressed. Do not see it in Tools like other Office programs?

Have the most recent 2002 Frontpage with SP3 installed.

FrontPage Toolbar, View > Toolbars > Custom ( all the way on the bottom )
select the Options tab, uncheck "Show full menus after short delay" and then
check "Always show full menus." Then click Close.
