turn on automatic start up when i turn on computer

2003 version- I want microsoft outlook to start when i turn on my computer, I
added it to my start up menu no success

Adding it to your Startup program folder is all you need. Describe exactly
what you did and perhaps someone can tell you why it doesn't work.
