turn off too ugly black

On the screen where my 2 identity icons are there is a message in the lower
left corner that says "turn off too ugly black" where it should just say turn
off. Why is that there? It's a brand new computer. Help!
 
Right click My Computers > properties > computer name tab >

in your computer description it must say "to ugly black"
 
Must have been a display unit?? Probably somebody screwing around with it
while it was on display...
