Turn off tips?

Is there any way to turn off the balloon that gives you the file info in explorer, i.e. file type, size etc.? I know it will turn off automatically if you move off the cursor, but when moving down a list of files it can sort of get in your way if you're trying to read file names ahead of your cursor position

Apply this patch to turn off Balloon Tips:

Usage: Download the file to your computer and simply
double-click it so that it would automatically get
installed. Norton anti-virus software might warn you of
a "malicious" script, this is normal if you have "Script
Safe" or similar technology enabled. I recommend you to
choose "Authorize entire script" option next Action.
