This newsgroup deals with Microsoft Access, a relational database
application.
Your best bet would be to try your post on an NG that deals with
your operating system.
I would suggest a free utility called Glary Utilities. It has a
StartUp
function that let's you see what apps are started at IPL.
It is however... up to you to determine if an app is needed or not.
