Turn off single reminder window

I've missed three meetings so far after moving to Office 2003 last week.
That single reminder window is horrible. How can I turn it off and go back
to the individual reminder windows??
 
You'd have to return to Outlook 2000. Outlook 2002 and 2003 have the unified
reminders window and that cannot be changed.
