Turn off security

I would like to know how to set-up security on Access
2003 db so that I can
use it as a localhost db via Internet Explorer and ODBC.
Can anyone help me?

To do this properly, you need to get the database attached to a web site and
let the web server do the work. You won't want to open the database directly
using IE. Instead, you will use web pages that have the database as a data
source. The folks in the FrontPage or IIS newsgroups could probably help
better.
