Turn off Proxy Settings globally

I need to turn off proxy settings to all of my clients (About 2000 using
about 750 workstations)

I find in AD, that my predecessors have simply dumped all of our users in a
container, not an OU, and I am WAYYYY too much of a MS newbie to figure this
one out alone. I'm not terribly familiar with GPO, but can probably figure it
out, if need be. Very few of the users have login scripts.

Any suggestions are much obliged - otherwise, I'll have the HelpDesk
remoting into every PC to make the change.
