Turn off messenger service with GPO

Is there a way I can turn off the messenger service on a
Windows 2000/XP machine with group policy ? How can I turn
off this service on all my machines?

Create an OU, add a GPO and disable the service under:

Computer Configuration/Windows Settings/Security Settings/System Services

Then move the computers into that OU and reboot them.
