Turn off message compacting

Is there any way to turn off message compacting in Outlook express? Each
time I close OE a box pops up asking if I want to compact my messages.

Automatic compacting occurs after you have closed Outlook Express 100
times. Let it run and you will not be bothered until you have closed
Outlook Express another 100 times.

If you compact using OE Tool it disables automatic compacting until
either you next compact or close Outlook Express 100 times. This makes
it easier to incorporate compacting into your housekeeping routine.

it's called maintenance, it needs to be done, allow the system to do it
and get it out of the way.
