I routinely e-mail lists of questions to my boss, John Smith. He then hits Reply and clicks below each question to type in his answer. Yesterday his Outlook 2000 started inserting the following text in blue at each point where he clicked, before he started typing:
[John Smith @ Domain Name]
How do I turn this off? We use Word as our e-mail editor but I haven't been able to find any info on this problem.
