Turn off annoying pop up

When I insert a row, an annoying little brush (right click = INSERT OPTIONS)
shows up after I insert a row.
It hides the contents of the next row.
I need to TURN IT OFF so I can see the cell contents.
How do I turn it off?
 
Tools>options>edit and uncheck Show paste options buttons,
Show Insert options buttons
