Depends what the OS is and if you want to leave the local OS intact. You can either modify the OS startup to use mstsc as the user's shell or you can remove the hard drive and replace ir with an IDE Device with an onboard Terminal Services Client. You can even load a custom Linux install that acts as a thin client
