Situation: users with locally installed printer, working on a TErminal Server. When they have a session, the printer is shown in their printers folder. Test page is printed ok. Printing from notepad works fine. Printing from Word and Excel sometimes works fine, sometimes fails, and then a file called TS00x is made. Sometimes it helps to log out and on again
Maybe this has also to with it: keyboard settings are not to be held. I change it to NL, but after logging out and on again, it is reset to EN. Also, spelling checker remains English instead of Dutch
Can this be because of a false Office installation
I don't know where to search, please help me!

Let me guess: are you running SP3? This reminds very much of the
printer problem which occurred after installing SP3.
If that's the case, either upgrade to SP4 or install the post-SP3
printer hotfix:

328020 - Redirected Printing Through a Terminal Services Session May
Not Work with Windows 2000 SP3

About the language settings, this is also fixed in SP4:

322042 - Input Language of Terminal Server Client Does Not Match That
of Terminal Server Session
