trying to uninstall real player

I've tried uninstalling real player on my computer but a message comes up
saying uninstall component missing,any help would be much appreciated.

Did you or someone else delete some of the files first?
That error can occur if files are deleted instead of properly uninstalling a
program.
Install it again then uninstall through Add/Remove Programs.
Otherwise contact the manufacturer for removal information.
