trying to send a page by e-mail

when in internet explorer and trying to send a page or a link by e-mail
nothing happens. I cleck on file then send then page or link which ever I
want and nothing happens. how can I fix this? meaginn

In Internet Options => Programs, is your e-mail program set correctly?

2b. (WinXP) [Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs >] Set Program Access and
Defaults > Email > ...
