When i scan my computer with norton internet security 2005 antivirus with
definitions updated, it shows a low risk file called zangoinstaller.dll. It
advises me its at "C:\windows\downloaded program files\zangoinstaller.dll"
but norton will not allow me to delete it. when i look for this file in that
folder in windows explorer it is not there, i have looked in dos mode where
the foleder does not exisit , which i think it maybe some type of file rather
then folder, checked and scaned in safe mode and have seached the registry
and cannot locate to remove. I have used spysweeper, spybot and ad-adware to
find and destroy it. with no joy in locating it. Can any one please help.
Thank you and regards

I have tried symantec as it was my first point of call as i have symantec
norton internet security 2005. which was no help. i found i had non of the
zango program files apart from the zangoinstaller.dll and i had non of the
values in my registry. It just puzzles me where it is or how to find it, but
thank you for your help any other advise would be appriceated, cheers.
