trying to publish CA CERT/CRL to Microsoft Active Directory (win 2000)

Hi,

I am using CA and I am trying to publish the CA cert and CRL to Active
Directory. I have no clue how to view the CA cert/CRL inside active
directory. I've looked through all the options and I am stumped. I
can export the CA cert/CRL into a file from the CA no problem but when
I open up Active Directory Users and Computers it's not there.
Perhaps I'm not looking in the right place.
