Trying to Network 2 Computers XP with ME

I am trying to set up a home network using 2 computers, 1
with XP the other ME. I have file/printer sharing setup on
both. With the XP computer I can see the ME machine but
when I try and access the computer it says " __not
accessible. You might not have permission to use this
network resource. Contact the administrator of this server
to find out if you have access permissions." But with the
ME computer I cannot even see the XP machine. Now, I
believe that ICF is running on the XP machine and I am
using Zone Alarm on the ME. Could this be preventing my
connecting with each other?? Thanks for any help!!

Also, I am using a hub with cat 5 so both computers are
connected to my ADSL as well.

You have done this but make sure you have like user
accounts set up on both computers.

Both accounts are the same ( ie. same workgroup name )

Try to disable any firewall between two PCs.
