I download the POS .Net class library. The download stated that I should be
able to to see samples. I don not know where they can be found on my
computer. Also, how could I find the class libraries that been downloaded?

If you're having trouble working out where you downloaded the files you
should give up programming. You're not really up to the level of a capable
user even.

If you have nothing good to say, keep quiet. Have you tried downloading it
and trying to find it? It could be several reasons why it does not show up!
Now shut up!

I am using Microsoft XP and I have downloaded Service pack 2. Note I only see
the documentation for POS .Net in the start menu.

Do you have a web link for the file you downloaded?
