trying to import mssgs from Outlook to Outlook express

Okay I went ahead and installed the Trial of MS Office 2007 and was able to
open a pst that contained all my recent mails but how do I then import them
into specific folders in OE? The import/export function on Outlook is greyed
out and cant figure out how to copy the folders to paste them into OE
 
Import from OE. Your trial has probably expired and you cannot use any
features except reading.
