Trying to create a drop down box

At work we use a posted excel form to keep track of toubles and we hav
a description field sometimes the descriptions get a little long and
am wondering if there is a way to make the description cell a drop dow
text area
 
Wrap text and Autofit.

The Autofit will affect all cells in the row however so maybe not what you
want to see.
