Hi,
I am trying to add a field in the "Select Names" box when sending email. I
click on the To button and the dialog box opens up. Then I select the
"Public address book" in the "Show Names from" drop down list and I cannot
view the company field in there. All the fields I see are Name, Display
Name, Email Address, and Email Type. Is there a way to put another field in
there? I use Outlook 2003 on a WinXP machine with Exchange Server.
