Hello,

I want to import data from excel to access tabel using get external data,
but the errror messages says: An error occurred trying to import file
"C:\Private\churchdta\frmimage.xls" the file was not imported. Can anyone
help me why the import was not succesfull?

kinda sketchy description. Try importing into a new table. My guess
is that the field types don't match up.

Hi,

I have a huge data base on access and want to add to it. I have tables in
excell that I need to add to the access database without having to type each
one out individually. It would save so much time and would be very handy
indeed. can someone explain how I go about this in laymans terms?
