try to open .VCF file type and inserts into Email (forwarding)

file type for .VCF file is Outlook, but when I try to open .VCF file type it
is inserted into Blank E-mail as if forwarding file.
 
VCF is a virtual business card. It always arrives to the recipient as an
attachment. Many people won't open emails with attachments, especially if
they didn't solicit it.
