Hi,

is it possible to establish a trust relationship between NT4 and Windows2000

is it possible to establish a trust relationship between NT4 and Windows2003

Yes it is, you need have have a non transitive trust for
the NT domain and the relationship needs to be non windows
and for the 2000 domain you need a transitive trust and
the relationship needs to parent
