Trusted connection?

Hi. Why I receive this error: "login is not associated with a trusted connection"

Explainin
I have my MS SQL Server installed properly, and I can see it's icon of SQL Server Service Manager in my system tray. I can't find any interface to (I mean UI) to enter commands to make a trusted connection. could you recommend anything
