Trust Relationship

When I set up a new profile on Windows xp Pro and make
machine a domain machine I get error "Trust Relationship
cannot be established between this workstation and Primary
Domain Controller". The problem is not localized to just
this machine. It seems to happen to new accounts that were
added to Windows 2000 Server and XP Pro machines.

Has anyone seen this before?
