Trust relationship

How to create trust relationship with NT4 Domain and win2k
Domain. I want the trust to be 2 way trust. Previously I
created the trust, but after a while, the network become
so slow like jam the entire network. Is the way I create
the trust is wrong?. How should I create the trust to
avoid these problem?.
