Bcc isn't an option you turn on or off. It's a field in which you put your
recipient addresses so that the recipients don't know who else received the
message.
Perhaps if you were to be more verbose in describing what you see as a
problem, you'd get an answer more to your liking.
example: you send an e-mail to someone your e-mail is set up to bcc someone
everytime you send a message, without your knowledge. How do you turn off a
hidden blind carbon copy. Not sure how else to explain it.
There is no such setting in Outlook. You can add that feature with code
like this: http://www.outlookcode.com/d/code/autobcc.htm, but it doesn't
come standard with Outlook. How do you know someone else is getting a copy
of all your mail?
