Truncated folder titles

The folder titles in my favorite folders panel get truncated. I have to
close all of them and then reopen them to see the full name. For example:
Deleted Items becomes Deleted It and Sent Mail becomes Sent M, etc.
If I click the minus sign of the parent folder and close the subfolders and
then re-open it, they re-appear for a while.

I guess nobody else but us two have this problem and will need to live with
it or pay $49 for microsoft to look at it's own design problems.
