true vector error

iirc its something to do with Zone Alarm.... try reinstalling it, if you
have it...

True Vector is a Zone Alarm service that is set to run automatically
upon startup. If True Vector is not running, then Zone Alarm isn't
working to protect you. Uninstall Zone Alarm from Control Panel and
try re-installing it. Make sure you're using the latest update from
Zone Labs.
