true color

I reformatted and reinstalled all my software on my PC
but now I cannot get my monitor to true color. It only
recognizes high color. Dell E771p monitor/NVidia GeForce2
card.

I would suggest downloading the latest drivers for your video card, if you
have not already done so. After they are installed and you have restarted,
try changing the color setting again.
