Troubling opening web site with Frontpage 03

I "was" managing 3 sites with Frontpage. I recently tried to open one of the
sites and the signon and password will not work.

I contacted the ISP and I am using the correct signon and password.

I can open the site with ftp using that signon and password but not with
Frontpage.

Any advice will be much appreciated.

The other two sites appear to work just fine and I have no trouble opening
them with Frontpage.

Silly, but did you have Internet Explorer open, while trying to get to the
site, that would not open? If not you'll not get there.
