troubleshooting printing addresses on envelopes

I have a long address which i need to print on an envelope. I have tried
different settings in properties- envelopes but it still cuts off the bottom
two lines. Can someone give me some advice on how to get the whole address to
print. I am using Window XP. Thanks
 
Using Word ? - Just use a smaller font size. Can't say for sure,
but the Address field is probably limited to _ # of characters.

When posting you should include specifics like the app and if
known it's version number.

That fact that you are using Windows XP is irrelevant. What is
relevant is what program (word processor?) you are using to print
envelopes, and you didn't tell us that.

And you would almost always do considerably better if you would ask
your questions in the appropriate newsgroup. So if, for example, you
are using Microsoft Word, you should ask in a Word newsgroup (not here
in a Windows XP one), since that's where the Word experts hang out.
