Troubleshoot Mail Stuck in the Inbox

My Outlook express locks up when I start the program. I
think it might be a an email Stuck in the Inbox. Any
suggestions on how I delete this one email?

If your ISP allows you access via the Internet
to "webmail", you can log on and delete the message from
the server prior to it being downloaded to your computer.

If that fails or is not and option, you can call your ISP
and request that they "clear" the messages from your
account.

If it's a POP mail account, another option is Popcorn, a lightweight email
client which is "ideal for cleaning up POP accounts, removing spam,
unwanted mail, large attachments etc..."
