Troubles 'losing' focusin windows Vista..

I have focus problems when running windows vista. When i am browsing through
my start menu it closes at random...Same problem when i am changing the name
of a file or folder in explorer, the windows flashes at random and every time
is flashes it re-focusses.....so i need to start all over again cahnging the
name of the file or folder over and over again until i am fast enough....

PLEASE HELP!!
 
Update:
It looks like i am pressing F5 to refresch the screen....
I also happens whem typing in internet explorer...

This is getting very annoying
