trouble with windows mail and orange

i am having extreme difficulty in setting my orange account up in windows
mail. i have checked on the orange help page for details of incoming and
outgoing server details. they say orangehome.co.uk and the username is first
part of email addres. the latter part of my address is fsmail.net. would this
make a difference to what info i need?

fsmail.net addresses are apparantly reachable only through webmail. See
