trouble with sharing a customized template

I created a customized template for the proposal, but when I sent it to my
co-workers, they couldn't see my special tools and couldn't use its Macro
function too.
The template is only working from my computer, not from the other computers.
How can we all use the customized template together?
 
Are you sure you saved the macros and toolbars in the specific document
template and not in Normal.dot?
