Trouble with programs autoloading

Thanks in advance for any help. When I boot my PC Limewire automatically starts, and when I shut it down it restarts a few minutes later. I have de-selected the" run at startup" in the Limewire options, checked to make sure it isn't showing up when I check msconfig, and checked in my registry at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWAR\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersio\Run, all to no avail. I have run numerous virus, spyware, adware, and trojan programs to check my system out but nothing I try seems to work.

Suggestions?
