Trouble with Macros Assignment- anyone willing to help?

well would it take you a long time to set up 3 macros doing this an
explain them briefly to me. I am completely stuck. thanks for you
help

i have a bit of a problem when it comes to doing other peoples homework ...
happy to provide ideas and assistance but as a trainer i feel if people sign
up for a course then they really should do the work that comes with it.
