I am running MS 2003 Office beta XP and having trouble filtering junk mail
in Outlook. I have the junk mail filtering software set at medium. However,
as I scan junk mail and find a e-mail that is not junk, I use the drop-down
menu to accept the sender as safe and Outlook continues to put the sender in
junk mail. On the other end of the scale, as I receive junk mail in my inbox
and classify it as junk, Outlook continues to accept the mail in my inbox
instead of sending it to junkmail. In other words, it appears not to be
doing anything. I've checked my safelist and everything is fine there, but I
still have the above problems. Any ideas out there?
